The East Lothian Climate Action Network (ELCAN) is looking for new trustees to help guide the organisation as it embarks on an exciting new chapter as a registered Scottish charity.
ELCAN represents a network of over 100 volunteer-led organisations working to address climate and nature challenges across East Lothian. They are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in:
- Renewable and community-owned energy
- Sustainable food growing and local food systems
- Sustainable transport and active travel
- Community resilience and climate adaptation
Trustees are asked to commit around one day per month.

Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Children & Young People)

- Salary: £26,730 to £28,748 pro rata

Outreach Support Worker

Opportunity Description:
MYPAS is seeking a part-time Outreach Support Worker to join its Young People’s Drug and Alcohol Service. This rewarding role supports young people aged 16 to 21 who may be experiencing homelessness, unemployment, poor mental health, or substance use challenges.
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support, deliver outreach sessions in accommodation settings, support young people recovering from near-fatal overdoses, work alongside partner agencies, and offer support to families. The role is ideal for someone passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of vulnerable young people and making a positive impact in their community.
